My family has been here for a few years because of the assistant Chantha! She is brilliant and welcoming when we come to order our food. Our food is always fresh and she is always sweet for our daughters. You are so happy to have such a great person working in the institution! Thanks for being so amazing?

Sorry to this LAC! I mobile ordered and left a moderate review when prompted because I thought I was missing sauce. Owed it to at least come here and put in the review that it should have been. My food was prepared and presented beautifully. The teller was fast and friendly. Enough so to not leave me sitting in the rain for their automated message. And they gave me my sauce!!

I've been going to this location for about 4 years on and off. It's been up and down since day one, but in the last two years it has rapidly declined in terms of quality of food. I get the same order every time: grilled burbon chicken, veggie mix, white rice, 2 egg rolls. In my experience during my last 8 out of 10 visits: chicken was under cooked, pink, and rubbery; veggies are either under or overcooked, unseasoned, often old wilted rotten. Even the white rice is sometimes overcooked or just old not fresh. Eggrolls are inconsistent in terms of cook, filling, size, skin crispiness, etc. Never had any issues with staff. Some have been there since I started going here and they are nice friendly. Shame because the 2 out of 10 times that everything's done correctly its spot on but just can't recommend this location based on overall, and especially recent, experiences. I do understand and consider the fact that many places are short staffed due to pandemic conditions. That's partly why I included some of my history with this location. Prior to Covid I might have given this two stars, and would say maybe 4 out of 10 orders were cooked correctly.

Went in today and the place is going down hill honestly wouldn?t recommend this location. There is literally a so much better location on Pilot Knob Road. Food wasn?t fresh and the girl literally refused to make anything fresh. I?m guessing because there were no other employees to be found. Whoever manages this location needs to get it together!

As our first time here, customer service (Mike) was great, helpful with items that were on the spicy side. Interior is nice and clean, but I wasn't crazy about paying .99 cents for noodles/fried rice! I ordered Lemon chicken and Mongolian chicken and along with the noodles found it incredibly salty! Almost inedible! Hubby ordered Orange chicken and Bourbon chicken along with fried rice and regretted adding soy sauce without tasting. Sadly, this was first and last experience here at Leeann Chin. P.S. serving size is on the small side, not good when your even paying extra!
