Domino's Pizza - Eagan

The customer service is horrible, i placed an order the lady hung up before she took my address, even tho i told her carry out.when I called back , she said “my order got canceled because I didn’t provide an address, she hung up on me a second time.

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. I order from this store a lot, the delivery has always been swift, pizza is good, and quality is consistent.

Ordered pizza from the app all was good but I forgot a pizza so called and they answered and just put me on hold wouldn't let me say a Word and I was on hold for the entire time my pizza's were being made and when I got there I hung up and the when I said something to the lady working she said she tryed to answer she never did I was watching and she was very disrespectful no sorry or anything I wish people who work Herr would be more respectful.

I got to the store and someone had already picked up my pizza. Not sure why they gave my pizza to someone else. She was not understanding and not helpful in the least and was very rude about me needing to re order and pay for another pizza. Do not recommend.

Ordered a pizza for pick up. When I got it they pizza was cold and looked like it wasn’t even a fresh pie. Woman on the phone was rude and didn’t bother to accommodate me. Trash service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
