Domino's Pizza - Eagan

Generally have been happy with Dominos in the past, but this time ordered pepperoni on the left half, sausage on the right half--but came with both toppings on one side, none on the other.

Well I did the online ordering and I ordered a chicken barbecue with an extra side of barbecue and somehow it changed it to chicken ranch and an extra side of ranch I would never order a pizza with ranch ever a little disappointing on that one and then I ordered a large sausage with black olives and no black olives We’re on the order after I hit pay so I had to run down there to get that put on my order because you couldn’t call because they were too busy it said. Have it looked at my full order yet but I’m sure hopefully the rest of it’s OK we’ll find out really upset that my pizza screwed up though because I won’t eat it.

I'm not sure if someone got Murray as a driver, but he's such a sweet man!!! I like when he delivers our pizza so quiet and polite, especially if I have a kid on pizza! I hope this review will be shared with the staff! Murray I hope you deliver my pizza all the time! Nice to see a smile! You're the reason I didn't feel guilty to order instead of cooking tonight! To all other employees today's pizza met the place! So cheesy!!!! This location is generally great! Didn't have a problem with my orders and employees are nice, even if I'm okay with a call!

I've already ordered one of these dominos, and they're really good. quality is good, not great. (they are not a competition for davanni 's or carbone 's. they have great offers and the piece of the pie rewards is a good thing. service is fast, correct and friendly. Car page delivery is the best to go away and, because I live close, the delivery in the regular is less than 30 minutes.

When I got my order, it was wrong; one of my toppings was missing. I asked Nikki, the floor manager, why my green pepper topping wasn’t added, and she told me that hearty marinara sauce is considered a topping. This was the first time I had ever heard that while ordering pizza from Domino's, my go-to pizza chain. While I understand that businesses need to operate efficiently, I was particularly annoyed by the insufficient sauce on my pizza when I returned to my room. It was lacking in sausage, chicken, and mushrooms, and had very little sauce. I’ve never had a problem with the amount of sauce before, so I shouldn’t have to request extra in my order. I also contacted customer service about my dissatisfaction with both the pizza and my special chicken, which had barely any pineapple or sauce. The representative told me that hearty marinara sauce isn’t considered a topping and laughed when I explained my issue. I expected to be contacted by this Domino's location after my complaint, but I never received any communication—neither by phone nor email. This lack of follow-up exemplifies how they treat their customers. Overall, I won’t be ordering from this place again while I’m in the city. It’s clear that there’s a misunderstanding about what constitutes a topping, and the way I was treated as a customer is unacceptable. Thank you.
