Caribou Coffee - Eagan

This store is our favorite Caribou in the area, great atmosphere, great staff and the good Caribou drinks.Parking: Great location with easy access to major roads.

My breakfast go to is the lumberjack sandwich. If you're looking for a light snack the cinnamon coffee cake is next. The staff is always friendly.

Food was good service was not.I wish the tip could somehow be added on after getting your food vs before if you’re inside. I sat around waiting for my drink and food to be made I was about to go up and ask the cashier because it didn’t appear to be busy. However I overheard an employee say oh we haven’t started making xyz yet. So then they made my food but didn’t bother to apologize for the delay. Also the bathroooms… one was closed and the other was out of toilet paper. I understand things happen but it seems as though the employees weren’t very attentive.
