Cashier was rude to my mom. Asked if we wanted “a dome or a flat top” in reference to our snow cone and my mom misunderstood/misheard and replied “to go,” to which the cashier rolled her eyes before repeating the question. And I understand that people have off days but when she proceeded to make our snow cone she wiped one of the syrup nozzles with her bare unwashed hand and then continued to use it. I wouldn’t even touch my face after handling money at my job. That’s not having a bad day behavior- that’s “I either have no knowledge of basic sanitation practices or I don’t care.”

We went on Saturday, June 24th, around 5 pm. There were three girls working and one was really nice and friendly while she took our order. The tall girl with a gray shirt on who was working the register was extremely rude. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we were asked if we were waiting on something, to which I answered that we were waiting on a chamoy pickle. Five minutes later, all three girls came from the back and asked us how we wanted it and at that point I asked for a refund because they hadn't started on it and all they had to do was cut it up since it was already sitting in the chamoy. The tall girl with the gray shirt never apologized and had this mean mug angry face like it was our fault. We only ordered two items, and my other daughter was almost finished with her piccadilly snow cone. If mean mugger is gone, this place would actually be more inviting and profitable.

Such a cute place that is right outside the mall! They have a fusion menu with Mexican and Asian! They have boba teas and mangonadas ?! They have many flavors of ice cream, we had the bubble waffle with coffee ice cream, topped with caramel sauce, poki stick, and whipped cream! It was pretty good, they need to work on their waffle recipe it tasted like a pancake which was the only thing that I didn’t like about the flavor combos! nOverall great experience, the girls were cute and very courteous! Highly recommended!
