Brenda's Cafe

I live near Galveston Texas but every time we visit family in Missouri I make a point to stop in at Brenda's for breakfast. Best pancakes ever! I have even recommended for friends who go up to Missouri on vacation!! Definitely worth the drive. Will be heading back soon so see y'all soon!

Food was ok nothing to brag about. Order was taken right away and came fast. No one ever came to check on us, our drinks were not refilled, I wanted a to go box and drink but server never came back. Waited for our ticket, it wasn't even brought to table. If they want you to get your ticket at the register they need to tell you. They seem to cater to the locals and forget about everyone else. We will not be back.

Food was good, service was OK, I hate to wait for my ticket to pay…

We went to Brenda’s to celebrate our little ones birthday with one of their Micky pancakes! Unfortunately we got there after they switched over to lunch for the day, but the amazing staff went out of their way to get her special pancake even put a candle in it for her! Not only is the food delicious, but their staff are some of the most kind hard working people around! 10/10, we LOVE Brenda’s Cafe!

Arrived (seat yourself) and was immediately brought offer of drink. Order taken and filled fast, and they were BUSY. Food came quickly, hot and very good. Homestyle. Drink refills aplenty and server was super nice, attentive without being bothersome. I recommend this place for breakfast. Food was cooked to my request.
