8/19/23 6pm. Stopped in to order a Boston Chocolate Malt. The one only person serving customers replied we don 't have those. As she stood there with a dumb look on her face. I asked her to get her manager. You know the one you have been calling for help prior. Do to a large number of customers. So then appears this manager with a real bad attitude and said we do not have those. With a smarky little know of all punk face. I preceeded to explain what it is and how to make it. Her response again we don 't have that. Once again I explained how to make it and in formed her that I have had them made for before. Answer, to bad. SOLUTION YOUR FIRED. PUNK

Very very stingy for giving you extra add ons and toppings even though when you are clearly paying for it as it states right there. Only reason i do not like this location is they do what they want and never listen to their customer because the same thing has happened in the past where we did ask for extra amount of toppings for our blizzards even after paying arm and a leg for them and we were given even less of the usual amount the other locations give you without askin for extra. Very poor and slow service is another reason to avoid this spot and not to mention how unhygienic their back of the counter looks.

Very friendly staff, and the manager was so nice. They were extremely precious in dealing with the kids! Best DQ in my experience!

Love the staff there, and of course, the ice cream. The young lady provided great customer service.
