Subway - Dyersville

I came to Subway with my family on 02/26/2025. AJ was rude and unprofessional. I have read other negative reviews about her so obviously, she has been an on going issue. I told her she was rude and needs to “do better”. AJ said “Fu@k you” to me. Unacceptable! This girl is an embarrassment to the Subway name/brand and this community. I reached out to the manager (she apologized) but no follow- up call back. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Left before I could make an actual order because the woman working was very rude and this was my second bad experience with the same person. So I told her she was being rude and I was going to a different

I was told I could use the coupon on any 12 subs. When checking out my bill was $38 and coupon was $18. Coupon didn't work??? She gave me my money back and kept the food.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but for such a busy location, it seems like they need more people. My footlong sandwich was well made and very tasty, plus it was less expensive than a 9 at other similar places.

Newly remodeled. Good service and great food. I like online ordering so I can skip the long line.
