Dairy Queen - Dyersburg

The staff was busy doing other things around the restaurant and forgot our order but otherwise the food was good.

You may have to order ketchup and salt separately, for fries. They change how they make their burgers, love the flamethrower usually. This time is wasn't as good. Burger was kind of cold, cheese barely melted, very little sauce.

I ordered a burger in the drive threw told them 3 Times no onion.. and they Still put the onion on there after I had to pull up and wait.. I ended up having to go in a get it remade..the whole point of going threw the drive threw was to not have to get outof the car needless to say I had to go in listening skills need help

Unusually great customer service. At fast food places I don't usually expect much but the girl behind the counter was really sweet and very efficient. Will be back for sure.

If I could add a negative review I would! Ordered 2 mini blizzards and small sundae. Waited for over 30 minutes. Cashier was too busy flirting with a couple of guys to pay any attention to her job. We finally had to ask where our order was and she toldus it had been dropped. After waiting another 10 minutes I went up front to check again the cashier told me it was on counter. Blizzards were melted and sundae was not what was ordered. Place was dirty tables were not wiped down.
