Cold Stone Creamery - Dyer

I came into the store with 3 children to try to new despicable me flavor and asked if we could sample the ice cream because it was a new flavor. The staff said that this location does not allow samples and also if we did not like the flavor we could not return it. This does not seem like customer centered or ethical way to run a business. I see why the recent ratings of this locations have been low.

No samples, not enough ice cream to justify charging 17 dollars for two love it sizes. Won't be back. It's a shame, used to be great.

I asked for a sample of pistachio and was denied. The ice cream was not mixed well.

They no longer do samples, they wouldn’t blast freeze it so it won’t melt even though it’s an option for delivery, had a rope up so you couldn’t get close enough to see the toppings. Bad experience overall.

Just came in for a nice cup of ice cream. When approached by staff I ask for a sample of the cake batter ice cream. He informed me he wouldn't because he was alone. Even with the display right infront of me telling me to ask for a sample to taste. There was only 3 guests in the store. What a joke! I walked out. Horrible service!
