Subway - Dyce

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday, just before closing time. Despite this, I received excellent service and thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich I ordered. The take-out service was quick and the atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for a delicious meal and great service.

Decided to give this restaurant another chance, but unfortunately had the same experience. Waited 30 minutes even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. The team seemed disorganized and the staff were too timid to speak up over noise. They were also preoccupied with online orders. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple sandwich at a subway is unacceptable. The team seemed slow and lacking proper sandwich-making skills. A waste of time, would be better off getting a meal deal at Asda. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
