New Orleans Pizza - Durham

I really love the pizza, but we can no longer put up with the manager's rudeness. When we went to pick up our pizza, we noticed she was wearing her mask hanging from one ear the entire time we waited, while she served other customers instead of properly covering her face. We’ve decided to switch to Godfather's.

The pizza here is fantastic, and the staff is generally very friendly. However, there is one woman who can be quite rude, which can make me hesitant to place an order. On a positive note, the owner is very kind and consistently adds all the complimentary items to your pizza when you order.

I stopped by this restaurant while passing through town and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was not only delicious but also very affordable—I paid just $7 for a medium pepperoni pizza. The service was quick, as I only had to wait about 10 minutes after walking in. Their garlic dip is excellent as well. The atmosphere was friendly and the place was clean. I would definitely recommend it and will make it a point to stop here again on my way to my trailer. Thank you for the great pizza!

The restaurant is in poor condition—dirty and unkempt, in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and renovation. The pizza I had was burnt and inedible. The staff member I interacted with was quite rude. I specifically asked her not to stack my pizza slices, as I dislike when they become soggy and create a mess on the plate. She responded, "The pizza must leave here on a plate; it's our rules." I explained that I wanted the plates but just didn’t want the slices stacked. She insisted, "It's our policy." Frankly, I think she should reconsider how she handles customer requests. When they stacked the slices anyway, half of the toppings ended up stuck to the plate (as seen in the picture). I found it amusing when she suggested that I shouldn't come back; I had no intention of returning anyway! The only reason I stopped in was that I was driving and hadn't eaten all day. As for kid-friendliness, it was terrible.

The pizza is as delicious as ever! The lady is very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I keep coming back, even driving 20 kilometers just to enjoy their pizza.
