New Orleans Pizza - Durham

There are 2 pizza places in durham and this is my preferred pizza. Couple weeks ago I ordered the online special and then phoned in a few min later just to be sure I did it right. The lady on the other end told me that yes they got my order and that every time that I phone that I am costing the restaurant X amount of dollars. I guess their boss was maybe complaining to them about something. So anyway, I took it in stride. Last night I ordered online again but this time I did not phone in to check. Fifteen min later I go in to pick up and she hadn't even started on the pizza yet. I didn't even get the discount for ordering online either. Get your act together New Orleans.

Friendly staff and good volume of pizza for the money, but it is just ok. The best part was the cheesy garlic sticks. The tomato sauce free pizza with bacon and beef was undercooked and very doughy, I threw it in the toaster oven and tried to better it.The pepperoni and mushroom with sauce was better cooked but very greasy underneath the crust.

Every year we come up to Durham,we make a point of coming to New Orleans pizza as soon as we arrive Friday evening.The pizza is always awesome never a bad one in last 5 years.I don't know why the New Orleans in Hamilton taste so crappy.make sure you check this one out

Best pizza in Durham, still Durham, but definitely beats out the competition in town. Management needs to give the night shift employee another hand though. Several times I've gone and its not fair to the solo employee taking orders and making the pizzas by themselves. They do a great job of it but hire some help.
