Bidrage med feedbackSame problems. they forget to unblock the lobby door, get us back to the car and go through the drive thru. then they say the lobby is open and that the door is closed....um no. So I come back in (after them bothered to unlock the door) with the staff obviously to strike a setting. they wait ten minutes to even my order in, the coks machines hardly work, but I don't complain. the order was correct, but ask yourself if they spit in it through all the inset and slag.
This wendy is terrible. today, 13th juli 2022, I went through the drive thru. the manager has no business is his role. I had to talk to him and he stood away from the window while standing on his phone and not even coming near the window. He said he could hear me. my eating was not hot, nor was it really joined together and my order was not complete. I asked for extra dressing and nuts and was said we can not add to it in the window. I've been with this wendy and was satisfied, but this manager was shameful. they have never anointed in the evening are generally unprepared. I think I'm done until the manager changes. there was an assistant who was friendly. Maybe he should be encouraged.
I never felt so compelled to leave a review of a restaurant based on my experience as a door window. on a Sunday evening I rolled up at 8:07 in this place and went with 2 orders until 8:30 a.m. I literally eaten faster at steakhouses. there were no customers in the dining room and for 18 minutes I was the only customer there. When they finally gave me the two customer orders, they forget what was. then they made a drink, but said it wasn't with my command and gave the kerl 2 bottle water. it turns out that the drink was and of course I have the bad reviews for it. all the time I could not get a status update and they laugh and walk around it seems. whondys treats you and pays you as if you were. they have to be kind of fun. amazing terrible restaurant
This load has expired very quickly in recent years. the last try to get food through the drive-thru, asked me why I always try. the load seems to be operated by teenagers who have no idea what they do, or worse, do not worry about selling food. they seem to have upset, to take orders, are always from most articles, machines to close early, supply the wrong items, etc. the last visit lasted 15 minutes in the drive-thru line for 2 orders from pommes and 2 cookies. the worker even brought me my cookies in his sweatshirt bag (they are not sealed) that must be a kind of health code violation. who leads this load?!
Saturday 7/23 I stopped by the Wendy's to try the new Strawberry Frosty, I dislike drive through windows and elected to enter the store. I proceeded to the counter however, no associates were at the counter. Looking into the Kitchen I saw several Associates not appearing to be busy. Each associate looked at me and turned away not acknowledging my presence. Another associate walked from the dining area and passed directly behind me and made no effort to acknowledge my presence. I waited several minutes, not a single associate came to the counter to take my order. I left the store extremely disappointed and went to Mcdonald's for an Ice Cream. I've provided feedback on Wendy's Corporate web page and even called Customer Service. The Customer Service Associated apologized several times for my bad experience and assured me the Local Manager would contact me. Thus far, no associate from Wendy's contacted me. I called Customer Service today (7/27), and was on hold for 29 minutes and the line was disconnected. I'm disappointed in so many ways with Wendy's response in resolving the issue.
