Wendy's - Durham

Everything about this visit was in order except that they meet a personal in the es tab. they were extremely loud. I would suggest that they secure another place for them or they will not try to enjoy their food away from where customers. food: 4/5

I've had my share of issues at this Wendy's in the past, but today was a genuinely pleasant experience. The Hispanic lady at the speaker and window was courteous and professional. The food was incredibly fresh, and the fries were hot. Please make sure to keep staff like her around. I visited around 2:30, but I didn’t catch her name.

Garbage management resulting in inadequate staff. Rushed ordering, wouldn't even do 2 orders at the drive thru. Rude response to asking for some ranch and was handed 1. Didn't even give me the BBQ sauce that is supposed to come with my $5 biggie bag. Then after confirming my order for a double stack, proceeded to give me another sandwich. Just a bad experience overall. Never had an experience like this at the Wendy's on S Miami Blvd. Do better.

Not sure what was going on there this morning. I get to the drive thru kinda hungry and ask for a sausage egg cheese croissant combo with coffee. They were out of croissants, I choose a biscuit combo instead. They had no coffee. So I ask for a biscuit on its own. Get to the window and notice a sign for French Toast. I asked about it and I'm told I can't change my order at the window (why put the sign there then? . This was around 9:20 a.m. and there's only 1 other car in line. I could understand if it was a busy lunch or dinner hour, but I don't understand this. To top it all off, I paid with a credit card. I am handed back the card and wait to be offered a receipt. The young lady at the window looked a little surprised to see me still sitting there. Then she tells me the receipt printer isn't working? They get 2 stars because the biscuit was passable, not great. I can't believe I passed Bojangles and tried this for a second time (first time was also disappointing !! Sorry to put them on blast, but if they can't be prepared to serve breakfast, they should stop offering it.

They were very mean. My mother asked for extra napkins very kindly but the man at the window gave her a rude attitude and only gave one. I don’t know why, probably because he was sleepy and he did not get a good night’s rest. At least the food was good :
