Wendy's - Durham

The meat was tough and dry, and the condiments lacked any flavor. It felt like I was eating cardboard. The French fries were hard, bland, and cold. I was extremely disappointed.

Their chicken sandwich is going down hill. Its not as good now. They dont take care when preparing any order. Tonight, my sandwich was not prepared as requested and one of the frostys was only about 2/3 full. The employees at this store need serious training in what customer service is. They have a very negative attitude. I suggest if they dont like working there, then find something they do enjoy.

The chicken was dry, and there were no napkins, spoons, or straws available. They couldn't even provide drink holders for the driver! I'm only a customer because of the Frosty; otherwise, I wouldn't patronize this location. It's unfortunate I couldn't order from a different store. They really have the worst customer service.

They seemed to be out of soft drinks, but they did send lemonade, which was decent. However, he mentioned he called me, and I had also sent a message that he read, so I’m confused about why he didn’t reach out to me. He claims his message didn’t go through, yet mine did. It’s puzzling.

I arrived late one night and found the lobby closed, so I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order. A woman unexpectedly cut in front of me to discuss her order, but the cashier told her she needed to return to the back of the line. This upset her, and as she began to back up, I had to honk my horn a couple of times to prevent her from hitting my car. If she had simply asked to move ahead because she had a problem with her order, I would have gladly let her go first since the lobby wasn't open. Instead, she yelled at the staff, who remained calm and respectful despite her rudeness. They did nothing to provoke her, yet she cursed at them and called them names. The cashier handled the situation gracefully and even wished her a "wonderful rest of her evening."
