Bidrage med feedbackTheir chicken sandwich is going down hill. Its not as good now. They dont take care when preparing any order. Tonight, my sandwich was not prepared as requested and one of the frostys was only about 2/3 full. The employees at this store need serious training in what customer service is. They have a very negative attitude. I suggest if they dont like working there, then find something they do enjoy.
Only when I ordered the baconator full comb, and it took half an hour only for a baconator when I came into the window, they gave me only the burger nothing else and the hired were not polite at all, they were on their handys most of the time, not paying attention to my order, they also accused me 8,90 only the burger and they would just tell me that they were going to pass me about it.
This place must fire and get people who actually want to be at work. they milk the clock and do a terrible job. my job was wrong, the participant was rude, all the workers who were waiting for my order, the wrong was 3x and I had to ask for a drink, fries for getting a fiess sandwich that I could not finish. my koks tasted as if it were a mix of several drinks and was evil! not sure who the branch manager is, but they should be ashamed of their business and the reviews of customers who visit! it is another experience for a brand that once meant quality food. I wanted to order my dinner again. should have gone there first, as you eat and service is consistent! smh.
Absolutely terrible. I was immediately reminded of why I was not in this place in years. remember. we have the only cricket in the line! it took 10 minutes to get an answer to Drive-Thru and when she finally spoke, she immediately stopped and said moment. came back 5 minutes later and said I'm sorry, I had to talk to my mom quickly. I did it! I'd never think about making this up! Finally came after a total of 20 minutes to the window (no before us) and I pay, and wait, another wee throws my bag on me while I say: here! never ever ever important. it is a shame, because our family likes wendy 's at the rare occasions that we make almost food. that's the only one close to us.
I spent my last dollar here! the job wasn't even close to the right ones, they didn't even try. a hamburger w/only ketchup, tomaten pickles was one of the burgers, instead of both burgers were loaded w/everything, even objects (onions,) that make my daughter physically ill and that was the best part of the purchase. the french fries were boiled twice (formerly boiled in fat to warm them up) hard. even the dog didn't want her. I know that's a franchise, but wendy's corporate needs to look at the franchises that keep their names a few years ago as wendy's quality, is quickly gone.
