Bidrage med feedbackRue has always been a favorite of me. the bartender made a gurke gin fizz and it was excellent. full fresh aromas and an amazing texture.
This is a hidden gem. it is a small restaurant with a few tables, but don't let them fool you. eating is excellent. foie gras was better than I had in France. cocktails were delicious. ny strip was perfectly seasoned and cooked. escargot was in a mushroom butter we couldn't stop dipping our baguette! cream rowle was fluffy like a cloud and incredibly delicious!
A deliciosos at night. the service was a little slow, but that was worth waiting! the foie gras was from this world delicious!
A true jewel of durham. this place was amazing! we had the escargot, the Fois grass, the salmon and the Snapper dishes and they were all excellent! Not to mention the server, tony, was very helpful in pairings/ suggestions, friendly and easy to chat. oh! and we had a pfirsich dessert, who was also very good! keep them the fantastic work, people! we were here only years ago for the brunch, but decided to try out the dinner and oh man we were not disappointed. strange is that it is not even so crowded until the word comes out, they should be able to get a table no problem that is hard to do today in the inner city of durham.
Had a wonderful dinner with my husband and friends. The coq au vin was delicious — one of the best versions of the dish I have ever had. The service was spot-on. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations about wines to accompany our meal. As I was about to post this review, I noticed some negative comments, and I have no idea what they could possibly be about. We had a fabulous evening, and this restaurant is one we plan to visit again and again.
