If I could give 0 stars, I would! if I say that was the worst orange chicken I ever had, I mean that. I knew it about the moment when I came in and saw it, I even addressed it with the front side and ignored my thinking. So I went home trying to try in the hope, it tastes better than it saw, and was completely disappointed. the chicken was without taste, minimal sauce, and was straight down to the right coarse. I called back to get either a refund or a replacement for another type of huh, hoping that it would be better prepared. the dame explicitly said: “You have ordered the huh, so it is their problem. they can't get any exchange." and then hanged in my face. I'll never go back here. I went against my intuition and ignored all negative comments and decided to give them a chance to be disappointed. food and worst service so far.

Fried rice, chicken and broccoli, and the general t'so chicken was not the best. It was okay. I tried asking for 3 fried wings and for some reasons the lady got really fussy at about it. Lady was really RUDE. I guess you can only get a certain amount. That explains why the tray was so full.

If I could give it a negative star I would. Don’t eat there!! I got the beef and broccoli with shrimp lo mein. As I was eating I found a worm in my food. I called up there and the lady who answered the phone acted like she didn’t know what I was saying or talking about. And when I proceeded to tell her I wanted my refund she began to catch an attitude.

I really hate to do this to Ping Pong but I will not be returning. Found a hair baked into the chicken, not just laying on top which is bad in itself, but literally going in one side and coming out of the other. I guess you get what you pay for

Just ordered lunch for the first time from Ping Pong, it was the most horrible food and overpriced food. I ordered a small Vegetable Lo Mein, so first the size is the same size as the free rice container and to be charged almost 7 dollars ridiculous, and the second thing one piece of broccoli in the whole container, maybe reconsider the name. Also ordered Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, in the description it stated it’s Hot and Spicy. So for additional comment I wrote “Please make it Extra Extra SPICY”, this dish was so sweet which I can’t understand why. I usually get this dish from all Chinese restaurant but it’s never sweet, they may not make it spicy and that’s fine...but to be sugary is not right. The most disgusting meal I’ve had. So disappointed, never will be ordering again.
