Nanasteak - Durham

Nanasteak was excellent. the cesar had beautiful spiced croutons, which were mostly crunchy, but one could get another fork in them. I had the scribble, that was perhaps a hair under my desired medium rare, but that is a riddle not a complain. I didn't ask, but I'm pretty sure they were their steaks sous vide. the mac and the cheese were made in a Moray sauce and enough for two to share. we should have also got the kartoffels, not that we were not full, but because I saw them on an adjacent table and they looked delicious. cream brulee for dessert, perfect crust on the top and creamy custard underneath. since it was next to the dpac, and I mean right next door, it was a perfect place to eat before our show.

A little pricey but probably the best filet I've ever had. Also had the Yukon Gold potato puree which comes in a serving meant to be shared. The Cabernet was smooth and the chocolate mousse was fantastic. Will possibly be a place for an anniversary dinner later this year.... Thanks for taking us there, Coach G!

Great place to have dinner. The food was superb, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience.

Great food with amazing service and seasonal selections. Our favorite place to have a nice dinner in Durham
