Dashi - Durham

Mouth watering food! I could eat here once a week, big customer service. not a huge menu, but delicious. a beautiful size list of Japanese spirits and other alcohols

This is a hidden joy of durham. it has to find a great place to enjoy noodles, not everyone knows how to make it right. I can say that this place is a top 5 of all places I have tried in California and N.C, very good decisions that supplement their order. I ruined my favorite shirt, that's worth it.

The first time I have japanese rams and I say it was a great experience and I will do it again. service was friendly, sitting opportunity is close so that they can talk to their neighbours if they want. the buns were amazing

This place is very cool inside and has some great vibes! I had the Miso Ramen and it was delicious. I didn’t have to wait for a seat when I went around 9pm on a Saturday night. Sat upstairs at the bar (they have a full liquor bar). They’re requiring vaccination proof to sit, which I appreciate!

I went in for dinner on a rainy Sunday with a friend. I loved the atmosphere; the lower portion of the restaurant was packed, and we were placed upstairs which was equally comfortable. Our server Lucie was helpful, and incredibly kind. Outstanding service. We had three small plates: sweet pork bao buns (pictured), musubi, and the spicy miso chicken wings. For ramen we had: shio and chuka soba. We finished with their handmade fluffy nougat ice cream. The food was awesome, definitely visiting again.
