Biscuitville - Durham

This was my first visit to Biscuitville restaurant and I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing and the person who took my order had the best customer service I have ever experienced. Customer service is very important to me, and this young man went above and beyond my expectations!

My fiancée and I recently visited this restaurant where they served my fiancée a cold burrito meal. The staff, particularly a Hispanic lady, refused to remove the meal from the bill because my fiancée had already eaten some of it. How were we supposed to know it was cold if he didn't taste it first? We had to take it back home and microwave it. The customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this place. It seems like they have a prejudice against African Americans. Avoid eating there.

The girl working at the window this afternoon (7/3) was incredibly beautiful! I believe she also served us last time and she was very polite when using the loudspeaker.

Great breakfast menu! the drive thru is fast and efficient. it's best to get in and order.

Well service very good , but the bin for condiments is always out of something? When it's busy someone needs to keep it stocked, and they are still cooking the home frys to hard , and the steak is not done on the inside, outside wonderful, the biscuit ? was nice and fluffy and brown!! Drink machine a bit empty at 11:21 am, mountain dew weak, , hashbrown soaked in grease?
