I have set a lower rating because I was not given my full order and decided to go back instead of waiting in the drive. when I had a complete order, I had to correct parts of the order. After I have paid for everything in full scope (no coupons or anything that is common at other locations, if orders have been fled), I regretted this experience openly and would rather have lowered the costs and instead went to nearby zaxby’s for huh.
I have ordered a large and a medium sized meal and this is what I had gotten form this Arby’s.
Waiting in line for 20 min from the time I ordered. Had to go back bc something was wrong with the jalapeño poppers. The cream cheese on the inside was hard yellow. Definitely need better training on being courteous communicating in a professional manner on the microphone. There was a guy here before that was great. Maybe he was off today. His coworker left alot to be desired took about 40 min to get the food then get it corrected.
Went on the inside to place an order to keep them from getting my order wrong and they still dropped the ball! I noticed the guy making sandwiches wasn't changing his gloves while touching everything under the sun even to dropping something on the floor! After receiving my order I had different peices of meet from the sandwich counter cause they not cleaning it off properly! Overall I was very disgusted with my food!
Absolute worst drive-thru experience ever. All lights were off around building however drive-thru looked to be open. Automated message said Welcome to Arby's, so I proceeded to ask if they were still open, and a rude lady said, I said welcome to Arby's threw my debit card and receipt back at me through the window and walked off and slammed the door in our faces....
