Roman's Pizza Phoenix - Durban

I have to hand this a crown...the pizza dough is unique ..simply yummy....eat In store... whilst hot..just tastes better... it's a great tasting pizza..try the connastix dessert

The food and the presentation was on point. Frontline counter staff was pleasant however my cashier... Was inconsiderate and rude... Whilst ringing up my order... A delivery guy appeared out off the blue and they both started communicating in Zulu.. Something about sauces.. Which she then handed over too him. This transpired for about 5 odd minutes then she turns back and starts a new conversation with the person on the grill... My guess is she was relaying the delivery guys story.. All this while.. I'm standing there with my 3 year old and looking at her wondering is this person even trained too handle the public much less take down an order..? #Baddd Nando's. Change the Frontline staff

Amazing staff. Food gets out to the table and we'll presented. The menu isn't fully available. The coffee and hot chocolate is never available. The desserts? You can only get a magnum. Have to take your craving for the rest to another restaurant.

I've been eating here since I was a kid and the food rocks. While pricing has shifted in accordance with everything else, the quality of their food remains great and so does the service. Food is hot and fresh, restaurant is neat and spacious. Their chocolate pudding is the most chocolatey pudding I've tasted. Lots of nice menu items. This place is wonderful.

Service and food from this restaurant is always great. The only complaint is their systems go offline quite frequently, which disables you from ordering online or via telephone due to Nandos new contact center setup.
