Parc Cafe - Durban

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent, and the eggs are consistently cooked perfectly. The eggs benedict here are the best in Durban. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. The menu is displayed on a chalkboard with daily specials. Prices are in the medium range, but the quality of the food is superb. The dishes are always fresh and healthy. There is indoor and pavement seating available, and live music is played on weekends during brunch.

We tried the vegan bowl and eggs Benedict. The bowl was interesting but a little unusual for my taste, but still good. It had a generous portion and fresh ingredients. However, the eggs Benedict was absolutely incredible! It was incredibly delicious and we loved it.

Parc 's food is always outstanding. Chef owner Brett uses only the best seasonal produce and always puts together inspired dishes to tantalise your tastebuds. If you are a foodie, this is your heaven. Personal favourites are the eggs Benedict, (he is a magician with that hollandaise), their coffee and the 'free shake ' and get onto their mailing list to hear about their wine pairing events, a taste sensation like you have NEVER experienced!
