Ocean Basket Pavilion - Durban

I have dined at this Ocean Basket in Pavilion Mall several times, and each visit has been impressive. The food is consistently good and freshly prepared. The tempura-fried baby calamari was exceptional. I also requested a fried vegetable with my meal, and everything was really delicious.

I give this restaurant a perfect 10/10 for service, food quality, and the timeliness of our meals. Everything we ordered, from the appetizers to the main courses, was fresh and absolutely delicious. The waitstaff checked on us regularly, and the manager even stopped by to ensure everything was satisfactory. It was a perfect evening, and we will definitely be returning.

The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. Although it was a bit pricey, it was a valuable experience overall.

Meal was delicious with less amount as expected. the staff was respectful and fast in service.

My waiter Mbali was so sweet and absolutely phenomenal in her sevice, etiquette and mannerism in the way she speaks and liaises with customers. She's knowledgable about product and offering ans specials and was such a delight. 5 star rating although the portion sizes are too huge lol. Keep up the great work. Faaiza Hussain
