Bidrage med feedbackWe walked in on a Friday night for dinner. We had a 30 min wait, but we were able to sit outside with a cold drink from the bar. Dinner was delicious. My toddler had the butter noodles, and we ordered the Pasta Bolognese, Fettuccine al Tortufo with Meatballs and the Pomodoro with Meatballs. The Pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious and the meatballs are a must try.Food came out fast and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely go back!
Absolutely fantastic. 3 cheese panini was amazing and wife loved the pomodora. Perfect portions. Very good deserts and coffee. Topping it off, probably the most reasonable prices in our 2 weeks in Durango. Sorry we waited till our last day to stop by.
Service was great, the waiter was super kind and helpful. We came in starving so before even paying we asked with bread and he brought some (of course it was added to our tap but with toddlers this is wonderful). My kids had the bolognese and a side of sausage, it was a good portion and overall it tasted delicious. We had two different types of salad they were both great specially the one with cucumbers which was very unique and different. I had the special (not in the picture) but it had sausage and red sauce, nos sure which kind of padre but it tasted excellent! My husband had the Siena and he said it was one of a kind!
Food was delicious. I don’t know why the meatballs I ordered extra didn’t get any sauce on them and then I asked for extra Parmesan on my pasta and they wanted to charge me a dollar extra. The one thing I love about Italian food is they aren’t afraid to give you extra sauce or cheese ! Little different here. Other than that it was excellent.
Some dinner meals are very small proportioned as they source their cheeses and meats from Europe. (I'd rather have a filling meal and local cheese myself).I complained about two out of three meals we received, and the above was basically their response. (We are average people with average appetites)Otherwise, the atmosphere is good. They have an outdoor patio on the street corner, but it was raining that night. You don't have a server per se. You pick up your menus and sit down. Then go up to order your drinks. Then go up and order your food. They do deliver them to your table, so it's hard to tip them in cash. I just added it to the bill(s) when up at the counter. So you're paying for a tip before you know what kind of service you are getting.I would probably not recommend eating here unless you don't care about meal proportions, the value of your meal, and the self-service. But if you want cheese and meats from Europe, you might like it then! There are many more restaurants to choose from in Durango.Vegetarian options: I was surprised there wasn't very much for options here, and absolutely no menu for just vegans and vegetarians.Parking: Parking is on the street and is free after 6 pm. We had to park a couple of blocks down on a weekend night.
