Bidrage med feedbackSo so yummy! I’ve never seen this before so we had to try it. It is a food stand in this little food truck area in Durango. There was a live musician and lights that added to a great evening mood. The ice cream was delicious! Very filling! 2 people could share one.
Probably the best ice cream in Durango and we’ve tried most of them! This Is an ice cream truck at 11th St Station. The Affogato was amazing! It is run by a father son and they are the nicest people around! They take such great care of making their ice cream as if it was an art. They just started serving paninis at their stand too! You must stop by if you’re hear in the warm months to grab a cup of their rolled ice cream (open from May to October ish).
I'll get the important part out of the way first: it was delicious, and service was awesome. It took me a hot second to figure out where they were located. They are a mobile food truck kind of getup. But once I did, I had to try it. I had the chocolate peanut butter roll. It was friggin amazing. Vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, and nutella... all rolled up and then topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup drizzle, peanuts, and Reese's Pieces candy. Deeeelish. If you want something different that comes with a show (they make it all live in front of your), give it a try. They also have vegan options, if that's your thing.
The Affogato icecream was very tasty! A nice combination of chocolate and coffee flavors. Unique and different icecream experience.
Matcha Madness was so good! The other is a coconut base with mango pineapple mix in strawberry sauce topping also
