It was my grandchildren’s first visit to the restaurant! The waiter was so patient, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The chef even sent out a small sample for them to enjoy. The food was phenomenal! They loved everything! I appreciate Maggiano’s helping to build a beautiful memory of their time out with their Nana!

Friendly staff! The bread was fresh and warm, and lunch was delicious. The mushrooms in my chicken marsala were cooked well and weren’t mushy. The restrooms are located upstairs which we thought was odd, but they are accessible via stairs or elevator.

Came for a birthday dinner and opted for the family style unlimited option. The way it works is that you must have 4+ ppl, decide your entire course menu to the waiter, then if you finish a dish (like an appetizer) then you can order another one from your choices, but it has to be before the next course. Purely food based review: Maggiano 's Salad Standard, good if you just want some lettuce and onions with feta cheese bacon. Calamari My highly recommend starter. We ordered two of these after finishing the first. Spinach Artichoke Huge portion for dipping with the same thick cuts of bread you get at the beginning. Shrimp Scampi Good for a light option with nice grilled shrimps! We ordered two portions. Four Cheese Ravioli Huge squares with plenty of creamy cheese. It is pretty heavy. Chicken Parmesan Large portion cut into nice triangle pieces. A bit salty but still good. Salmon Lemon Herb Very tasty portion and highly recommended option. Tiramisu Super creamy and good but not too much cake. It 's a medium level of sweetness. Creme Brulee Really good and light and a big portion!

First visit to this chain. Very friendly staff. Prices are on par for higher end Italian restaurants. We ordered the Marco's Meal for Two. Our starter was Mozzarella Marinara. Our entrees were both Fettuccine Alfredo. Our dessert was the Gigi's Butter Cake. When management found out we had never been here, they brought out a complimentary Crispy Zucchini Fritte. It is probably my favorite zucchini dish now. The Mozzarella Marinara was an unexpected surprise. I am used to getting the standard sticks that everyone normally serves. These appear to be homemade. The Fettuccine Alfredo came out shortly after. Best tasting Alfredo sauce I have ever had. Overall, this has been one of the best lunches I have ever had. The dessert was heavenly. By far, this meal will be memorable for a very long time. If all of the chain is this good, it will be a new goto restaurant when we travel. This location is highly recommended!

This was my first time at this location. We originally had reservations somewhere else for Valentine's Day, but it was the wrong date, so we had to scramble to find a restaurant with tables available. Luckily they put our name down for a 30 min wait. Not bad for being so last minute. The table was nice and our server was so nice. The food was to die for and the portions are enough to take home for dinner again. The chocolate cake was EVERYTHING and their cocktails were pretty strong. I would definitely go back again.
