I guess we should be happy, at least they have this job right, not like the previous two times. And yes, I am aware of the lack of personnel, etc. So maybe at 7:00 as the others should close to Mt. Vernon?
Great food been going to this location for years. the past few weeks there has been a God awful smell. My friends and I opted to order online and sit outside as we could not stand the stench long enough to order from the cashier. I will not be dinning here until the smell is fixed, can?t be healthy. Sad to see this location going in the same direction as other fast food chains
The customer service is great. The workers work hard to make sure you get your order. The only gripe is the parking lot and congestion. Also one safety issue. Where chick fila has it's dumpsters it obstructs the view of drivers in cars
Served for a quick breakfast. The restaurant smells like a dirty dressing room; very inviting. In addition, the seating area was reduced by 20% for additional storage for their drive and delivery business. The employees always stopped while others were forced to sit at less desirable tables. I stopped from this business at an earlier occasion during Covid to pick up an order crash. No visit impressed.
I am a big fan of Chic fil a for their food and commitment to the community. So far I am not pleased with this location. Tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a drink. The card reader that the person raking my order had didn't work so he asked that I pay at the window, no problem. I pull around the building and wait a reasonable amount of time. When I handed my card out to pay they realized that the card reader built into the counter wasn't working and they needed to get a portable one.That took a few minutes. Finally my payment was takenthe teo guys turned back to the window and a couple of minutes later I was handed my drink. I asked them what kind of experience they thought I had today at their restaurant. They didn't know and one guy said hey you got your drink. The employees at this location appear to have come from a different place than I have ever experienced at any Chic fil a. They mostly lack any spark of interest in what they are there to do. I work close by and love your stores. Someone fix this one please.
