Gourmet Food Parlour Dunshaughlin

Service was terrible. Had to ask for drinks more than once as they were forgotten. Main dishes too over 2 hours to come out one persons didn’t arrive until the rest of us had finished our courses. After paying they never brought change back took it as a tip?

Lovely atmosphere, friendly attentive staff. Lunch was very good value and tasty. Plenty of choices offered. Acoustics a bit loud at times restaurant was almost full which is a good sign of its popularity. It’s great to have a local eatery that is consistently good. We enjoyed our time there.

Usually enjoy breakfast here and I order the farmhouse plate with No pudding and change the eggs from scrambled to fried (never an issue) While ordering she cut me off and told me I didn’t want the farmhouse plate then as I was getting nothing from it, which isn’t true, then when it came out it was missing sausages. She has a real attitude and I seen her raising her voice at one of the younger staff “THATS MY JOB NOT YOURS” I would rather the younger staff seated us and not her. They are much more pleasant. She definitely has a power trip.
