Anything else, Anything else, Anything else? That's all I heard while trying to place my order for a bunch of people. Aggervating is a under statement. If you have to constantly ask that then you should not be taking orders at thewindow. If this is company policy then you should do better as well

If you're going to close the dining room during the day, post something on the door or outside. I had unloaded the mother-in-law's walker, passed an associate outside and entered the lobby to see a tiny sign saying no dine-in service. Papersign was taped to an old Covid barrier. Who still does that?? Not trying this place again.

I just bumped it down from four stars to one star and I will never go here again and I never will recommend this place to anyone. The owner of this store justblewmymind. For some reason they think that when they are out of one chicken for a bowl thathas mashed potatoes and corn in it, that it's okay to just replace it with just 3 chicken fingers but no potatoes! My daughterordered from there and instead of them replacing the chicken that they were out of in her bowl they only gave her chicken anddidn't give her the mashed potatoes or anything else that came with the bowl. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible way to run abusiness. Hopefully everybody else catches on that this guy doesn't want your business.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it is fairly good, other times it is terrible. The biscuits are always awful. Hard on outside and underdone on inside. Wish there were other choices.

I can almost deal with the hair in my chicken breast, but I can?t deal with no gravy on my mashed potatoes! This has to be the worst KFC I keep going to because I?m not driving 30 minutes to the next available one! Please hire more adequate employees notjust who?s able to fill in! Unbelievable ????????????????
