Some put into self-control, the service in the store was slower than in previous times
My morning visit, I thought I'd treat myself with a sub and coffee. The store was clean, my checkout was more than friendly, we saluted the president together, which made him smile. Now back to my sub, the absolutely best sub I had from this WAWA in a minute. Young lady named Annie, repair my sub and OMG! I'm referring to her as a submaster from now on. Thank you, Annie.
A few months ago I went to this particular Wawa while visiting friends in Maryland. I was assisted by a young man named Lane. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was pleasant. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a Wawa. Thanks again Lane for everything. I will be sure to visit again in the near future.
This used to be a great morning stop until the last several months when they usually only have 3-4 people working and you wait in line for 10-15 minutes to pay for a coffee. I will never order food there again. Half the items are usually not available. I paid $1 more for bacon on my steak and egg breakfast sandwich just to get a $6 bacon and chipotle sandwich. No egg or steak. I will now wait the extra half hour until I reach the Annapolis store.
