The Meeting Place - DUNKELD

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant recently. The food and cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. We had a table with a view of the river, and the night sky was magical. We also got dessert to go, which was equally delicious. Our server was very funny and friendly, and my husband enjoyed chatting with her. We definitely give this restaurant two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. We enjoyed the food and the staff were excellent. My partner raved about the mussels appetizer. The main courses were fabulous. We hope to return again soon as it was truly a special experience.

Ordered a vegan curry, served with chicken.. Sent it back.. Served a new dish and halfway through food it found small chickens in it.. They had obviously reserved only the same court after they fished out the larger chickens. I'd give zero stars if that were possible.

Our dog was treated as much as we were. She has her own mat, water and treats: The staff was very friendly and attentive. Good selection of veggie/vegan food. Modern, clean restaurant with a great atmosphere. Parking is located on the river on the hotel grounds directly opposite the hotel and are free of charge.

I ordered vegan nachos from the vegan menu, but they came with milk cream fraiche. Unfortunately, my wife is allergic and had a reaction to it. Although we stayed, we were disappointed by the lack of service. We would not return to this restaurant.
