Bengal Spice Chinese Garden - Dungannon

The chicken tikka kebab and chicken pakora kebab were both delicious. The naan bread was cooked perfectly, not soggy. The salad was fresh, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the sauce had a nice spicy flavor. I would definitely go back to Bengal Spice for takeout. The service was very friendly and fast.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. It seems like they have new staff because the food is not as good as it used to be last year. The decor is also very unimpressive. I ordered a takeaway and the order was mixed up, but after two return visits, they were able to correct it. Overall, not a good experience.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a bewildered waiter who seemed unsure of why we were there. We requested a table for two and were seated near the door in a nearly empty restaurant. The owner came to take our drink orders only, and when we explained that we were in a hurry and wanted to order all at once, he insisted on taking our order in stages. Despite our polite explanation that we had tickets for a movie and already knew what we wanted to order, he proceeded to another table to take their order. Frustrated, we decided to leave and will not be returning. I will not recommend this poorly managed, unappealing, and unprofessional establishment to others in the community.

Will never order from here again. Order was wrong, called and politely told them, they said they would send it out in 15 mins. At this point, no problem, mistakes happen. After 25 mins, I called back as it hadn’t arrived yet to be told very abruptly that I didn’t order what I thought I had and that was that. Messed around and spoken to rudely, disgusted at the whole service.

Visited tonight, waited an hour on our food but that wasn’t the problem. Manager has no social skills and is definitely in the wrong profession. Extremely rude to another customer when he got her order wrong and told her it was her fault that she didn’t speak loud enough. Glasses and cutlery were dirty and there was a dead fly in the vinegar. When we asked for another vinegar the waitress told us there was flies in all the vinegars and she would have to wash one out for us!! Disgusting. When leaving we spoke to the manager and told him we wouldn’t be back as his manners are not acceptable, he said don’t come back then. The worst dining experience I have ever had!!
