Ha Long Bay Bistro - Dunedin

Sat for 15 min. Not a hello, nor a drink order taken. Very few patrons there, and I can see why .

Good service vibe, clean bathroom decent food. Though for a Vietnamese restaurant the menu has more Chinese food.

Food is GREAT! service is not! although aways friendly and polite but they are always overwhelmed by take out orders! They so need another server in dining room or in front!

Worst restaurant i think i have ever been to. The place closes at 9 as stated on all advertisements but we were told they close at 8:30 when we sat at 8 and were rushed to order in five minutes. We rushed to eat, had to chase down the waitress for a to go box, the music shut off at 8:30, and after they chased us down in the parking lot for not leaving a tip, which is rare for us as we always leave a tip. Overall the service, food quality, and hospitality was awful.
