Dunkin' - Dunedin

Only go here for the wife's chocolate chip ice cream. 3 stars because it's so popular and they're usually out of it. For the life of me I can't understand why they don't order more to meet the demand!

Honestly I would move for this Dunkin'. I got drinks here 3 times and they were all perfect. The staff were consistent and so kind. I wish I wasn't visiting. You guys were awesome. But if we're ever in town again we'll be back!

Employees are a bunch of stoners that can barely focus or communicate properly. Terrible service.

If I could rate this a zero I would, they have people who can’t communicate properly, slurring their words and having an attitude and getting loud over the intercom when you’re just simply asking for a butter pecan iced coffee. Their response was so you want an iced coffee black. Before I could finish my order then they started getting rude when I try to correct them and finish my order. Won’t be going there again.

I was just happy that the cappuccino machine was not cleaning itself again.Dunkin is a go-to but depends on the workers. You might get a different outcome.
