Carvor's Fish House - Dunedin

We dropped in on a whim, and I'm so glad we did! Finally, there's a local spot offering fresh fish and seafood that truly lives up to its promise of being fresh and locally sourced. The grouper sandwich I had was the best I've tasted in a long time. I really enjoyed the relaxed outdoor atmosphere, which has great shade, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be returning!

I've visited this restaurant three times, and the quality of the fish has been consistently excellent. It's truly a hidden gem, and I just wish I had discovered it earlier. The place is always clean, and the food quality is outstanding. We especially love their grouper sandwiches!

I only tried the shrimp skewer, but I would definitely order it again—it was very delicious. My dining companion enjoyed the conch fritters he ordered. Next time, he plans to try the grouper sandwich for a chance to give a true five-star rating.

I visited the restaurant for lunch on Saturday. My wife had the grouper bites, which were outstanding. I opted for the haddock fish and chips, and it was freshly made. The seafood was incredibly fresh. The staff were very attentive and friendly! I will definitely be returning!

Great place very friendly staff the food is delicious love the grilled Red snapper it was cooked perfectly also the fried cod is yummy and the homemade tarter sauce is awesome the onion rings are so good
