Salt - Dunedin

The food took a very long time to come out between the starter, main course, and dessert. We ordered a starter to share, but they did not give us extra plates. Also, the sundae took a while to be served. The seafood chowder did not have a brilliant taste, but it was worth the price. The staff service was great, but the food service was literally slow.

Ordered beef burger and karaage chicken. Burger was juicy, flavorful and came completely with crispy fries. The karaage chicken pieces was tender and crispy. The salad accompanied was also nice. Overall I enjoyed my food with the good ambiance of this restaurant.

Great food and service I would ring ahead and book a table it gets busy

I had a delicious salmon eggs benedict at a reasonable price. I would definitely order this dish again. I also noticed a French toast being served to another customer and it looked delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a nice view where you could watch the skilled drivers navigate a nearby roundabout. Overall, it was a great experience with good food and service. I would recommend trying this restaurant, especially during off-peak hours.
