Pizza Hut Dunedin North

Bruh.... I made 4 orders over this weekend where everything was 50% off, results were: 2/4 of the orders were missing items 2/4 of the orders arrived warm and the cheese became solid 3/4 of the deliveries were over 30 minutes (none of which was during dinner peak) 4/4 of the deliveries had inaccurate/no tracking Out of the 4 Dunedin stores (excluding Mosgiel which I never been), this store is definitely the most poorly managed

Staff were awesome. Lack of music in both areas, theirs and mine, made it a bland experience. And is in the staff area probably costing staff. Moral and turnover. Listening to that all day is wrong

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. The place was dirty, rundown almost falling apart. My pizza sat at the end of the oven for 7 minutes before the 1 staffmember came and cut it up and boxed it up.

Poor customer service. Unable to stick to delivery times, can be up to an hour late. Called to follow up and told the driver was picking it up now . Still hadn 't arrived 15mins later. Called back to cancel order and ask for a refund. Told to apply online for a refund. Useless.

Terrible, 2 pepperoni pizzas, really, is this acceptable? Staff training, does it not happen any longer?
