Bidrage med feedbackExtremely rude service. When you walk in, no one acknowledges you. At the register, you're met with silence and often see the staff on their phones. I've been here around ten times, and it's always a last resort for me. I'm seriously considering contacting corporate because I've never encountered a 7-Eleven like this one before. They really need to improve or close it down.
I visited the restaurant last night and had a frustrating experience. They recently hired a new cashier named Tabby, who was left to handle things on her own, even though she was clearly new and needed assistance. Usually, I have no issues when I go there, but last night was different. Her register wasn't working properly, and she kept insisting that I pay, repeating it over and over. I expressed my concern, saying, "I hope I'm not being charged multiple times," because I would be really upset if that happened. Instead of addressing my concerns, she threw my items at me and told me I could not come back, even though she was the one in the wrong. I wish I could give zero stars.
AWFUL customer service. Stop blaming Uber Eats for YOUR mess up.
I just paid for gas and the pump didn't work so I asked them to move me to another one so they canceled refunded my payment and they want me to pay again but my refund isn't in my account yet so they just stole my money pretty much and told me there's nothing they can do
Would Give 0 Stars The Hindu Lady Tried To Keep My 4$ When I Went To Pump Gas I Give Her 30$ And Only Let Me Put 26$ Went Inside To See What Was The Issue She Said I Only Give Her 26$ And I Clearly Gave her a $20 bill and A $10 bill which obviously is $30 and she had to put the rest of the four dollars on the pump when she saw I wasn’t having it trying to steal money from people is not a good idea that’s how people get lawsuits 7-Eleven shouldn’t allow people like this
