Bidrage med feedbackGreat new building, same bad staff. The young lady who took orders left her mim while complaining about taking a break so she could pee and talk about her preferences. I wouldn't have felt so much, people make mistakes, but she wasn't the appropriate language with work. My son and I weren't happy to hear all their F bombs. We never got an apology from her after she realized her mistake.
Yall really need to get a new crew, the same people who have managed to keep their job here for years is crazy to me. They have bad attitudes and get the orders wrong. Didn't realize it was that hard to toss a salt packet into my bag like I ordered.
I was really hungry and speed ate through my burger, only as I?m about to finish I see it?s raw.
Only good thing out of my 6 sandwiches and 2 large fries were the fries! The girl that took my order through the drive thru was ok I guess but the boy that gave me my food looked like he didn 't want to be bothered. I got my food and of course I checked it since most McDonalds always leaves something out of your bag. I noticed I had two sandwiches missing. I looked back over to the window and the boy was still close and just looked at me. I then had to wave my hand at him, he looked at me for at least another 30 seconds and then stepped closer to the window and opened it. He didn 't even ask what was wrong, just opened the window and looked at me! I told him I was missing 2 sandwiches, he asked for my receipt and then said move forward and wait. He could have been a bit nicer and maybe a little personality, ya know it is customer service! I waited 5 mins and finally got my other 2 sandwiches and was on my way. Got home and more than half the sandwiches the buns were hard around the edges and on 2 of them it was half of the bun that was hard? All sandwiches were mushed and very messy? I have worked in food services and customer service for over 20 years, u don 't serve a customer food that u wouldn 't eat yourself, yes even with fast food! Some workers that work here are amazing and I have had great interactions with them though!
Horrible service. First off someone cut the line thru the opening where they say do not block. Secondly ordered a steak cheese bagel no egg I which it had nothing but the sauce and the cheese. Called and talked to a manager who will replace it in the morning. The lines be all the way to wise Avenue majority of the time. They must do better.
