Bidrage med feedbackMy order was totally wrong and when I called the worker was very rude and would not let me speak to a manager, would not even take my information for me to come in later to address the issue. I have not had an issue there before so this was surprising and upsetting. Going to be a while before I return if ever
Staff was friendly. No dine in available yet. Drive thru only. We had to ask for clarification on menu as it wasn't on signage. (Is it dark or white meat) The Pepsi was terrible. We got a half gallon of carbonated water. They should have seen that. But I love KFC and the staff there.
Didn't give me dipping sauces for popcorn chicken side. Neither the one that was supposed to be included nor the one I ordered as an extra so there would be variety. Instead I had to eat it plain and the taste sucked that way. Had no condiments since I am currently at a hotel otherwise I'd have used some ketchup.
Order taking ability 2 out of 10. Food accuracy -5 out 10. Friendly service -20 out of 10. Wow how is this place still in business? They take DoorDash orders and don?t fill them. They close before posted business hours. I have had the worst experience (more than once) at the Wise and Merritt location. I will NEVER come back nor any of my family or friends.
I ordered a spicy famous bowl from KFC through Grubhub today, and it arrived without any corn. KFC, you should have reached out to me before sending it out. This experience has made me decide that I will not be ordering from KFC again!
