Ruby's - Dundalk

The food was fantastic and the service was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the Gourmet Sandwich, made with gluten-free bread, shown here.

The food at this restaurant was tasty, but the front of house staff lacked in customer service. The service was slow and inattentive, making it hard to order drinks or pay at the end of the meal. It felt like a struggle to get the staff's attention. Unfortunately, this subpar service might prevent me from coming back, despite the delicious food.

The café is a nice spot to hang out with friends and relax. We decided to go for the vegetarian dishes, but were disappointed to find out that they were out of ingredients for the Falafel. With limited options on the menu that interested us, we ended up choosing the cheesy pasta without chicken. While it wasn't the most amazing pasta I've ever had, it was still satisfying. Thankfully, there was a nice space upstairs where my colleague and I could work and enjoy a coffee in peace. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I suggest that they only include items on the menu that they can actually serve or at least inform customers of any out-of-stock items before ordering.

Overall, not bad. The full Irish breakfast is really good.

Spontaneously came here for breakfast and really enjoyed ourselves. We got the full Irish breakfast with pancakes and bacons.The Irish breakfast had tea/coffee included in the the price but I was able to sub it for a mocha instead for only about extra! Would definitely recommend coming here, and I will be back soon
