Nandos Duncraig

The middle aged lady, I believe her name was Rhea was unbelievably rude. Got the order wrong then had a go at my mother when she tried to place her order. Forgot our drinks, when I asked for them she rolled her eyes again. Never experienced such terrible customer service in my life

We popped in for a takeaway. This place was filthy, and the lady serving us had dirty hands and uniform. The food was fine, but I think the health inspector needs to pay a visit. Surprised that a brand like Nando's let's places like this exist.

It is the usual fare from them, if you like Portuguese chicken this is the place. I like it hot and get the extra hot and my wife gets the lemon and herb, they can do half half if you order a whole chicken. They are busy with renovations so either I have to travel to another Nandos or just wait the month, which will be the go for me.

We had an excellent share plate for dinner at this Nandos. Have been here before but only for take away. It is very clean and inviting - in the past have looked around at the diners and eating in area and felt the atmosphere - welcoming! Always saying 'next time we will eat in'. Did so, finally! It was a quiet night (Tuesday night, after long weekend) compared with other nights, when the place has been buzzing with diners eating in, those queued up to order, and those waiting on take away orders. Note, the wait was not long at any busy time we visited. Did not disappoint - will come again to dine in, especially.

The last two family meals that we have purchased from this restaurant have been shocking. The chicken portions in the hamburgers is getting smaller to the point that you are eating mainly roll and lettuce. Very little peri peri salt on the chips, to the point that they may as well not put any on. I now unfortunately have to drive to Scarborough for a decent Nando's meal.
