Wendy's - Duncanville

I hadn't visited a Wendy's restaurant since 1987 and the food was very good. The service was ok and I liked the atmosphere ??

Nice place to eat. Friendly, fast service. Even the men's bathroom was very clean.

The food lacked seasoning. The biggest problem is customer service. I’m not sure if that was the manager or just a worker. Whoever she is, she told me to press “continue.” I understand confirming the order when picking up DoorDash. I was picking up a mobile order. How can you press “confirm” on a mobile order? I show her proof. She wasn’t gonna give me my order. I show the receipt. I grab the order. She just says “bye” rudely. Didn’t even apologize. She thinks I’m stupid. I will go to another location next time

The chubby manager was very rude to the employees and even more so to the clients....EFFECTIVE, SCREAMING AND UGLY

Food was absolutely cold! Like been in the fridge cold! Disgusting…
