Zaxby's - Duncan

I've never been to this Zaxby before. I would definitely return. The food was hot, fresh, right. Chicken fingers here are perfect: crispy exterior, moist and incredibly delicate interior, with a lot of taste. Fries were sufficiently hot (not hot sponges are much too common and unacceptable). Zaxby's Koleslaw is perfect: sweet, but not too sweet, moderately coarsely chopped cabbage still enough cream to not be dry. Love her raid! The restaurant was clean. The staff was sufficiently polite and informed about the menu choices.

I just tried the Cajun Filet Sandwich and wow it's really good. The chicken breast is super delicate and juicy. Many flavors combined really make it POP!

By far the best drive thru I’ve ever been to. No matter how long the line is they always get to you so quickly. The food is always nice and warm.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the tea is excellent. The chicken is fantastic as well! The tables are promptly cleaned once they're vacated, making the place very tidy.

During our recent visit to South Carolina, we made it a point to check out some chicken sandwich places that aren't available in Chicago. We decided to try Zaxby's chicken sandwich for the first time, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They took the time to go over the menu with us and suggest a few items. We even got to sample a variety of sauces! We don't have many fast food chains back home, but if we did, I can confidently say we never experienced such friendly service. Excellent work, everyone! Keep it up! All five of us were truly impressed by your hospitality.
