Sonic Drive-in - Duncan

I went to a sound at 21 o'clock. I sat at the place with the light for half an hour. we went to another slot and we were told that it was just one trip. the lady who took our order was rude. twice I had to ask her to add a mix to my ****, but it was still left out. when she repaired it, she was still rude.

Tonight I waited 30 minutes to get 2 double-burger meals and 2 next orders from popcorn huhn. but instead of just getting this, I paid for a pretzel-drill and French toast sticks (which I never once asked) and did not receive my pop-mais chicken. also my eating was freezing. my records were as old as if it was a mouthful of oil. I called 7 times and absolutely nobody picked up. I want a refund! I couldn't even eat today!

It took 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time for us to get our mobile order. while we waited in a stable, the journey was twisted at least 2 times. as soon as we finally got our order, everything was completely melted and it was clear that it was prepared for a past, but never was delivered.

This restaurant is incredibly frustrating. The person taking our order couldn't get it right, and we waited 30 minutes for our food with no communication. Despite trying to reach out, no one answered or tried to correct the mistake. I wouldn't recommend.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for the past year since moving to Duncan. While there have been some instances of short staffing causing issues, that is to be expected anywhere. However, my last three visits have been exceptional. The food was served quickly and tasted fresh. On my most recent visit, the carhop, who I believe was named Patrick, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I will definitely keep coming back to this restaurant.
