Ordered on the app. Bread on the sandwich was stale, and the brownie I ordered was old and hard as a rock. This is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied with fire house. Will seek another restaurant for subs. I have been told that Publix makes the best one in the area. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

If you want to feel like you’re at a frat party when you walk in and have your sandwiches thrown together by a bunch of teenagers that don’t care then this is the place to go 100%! The customer service was terrible, they were rude on the phone and I couldn’t even hear to place my order due to the party happening in the background. I walked in and there were tons of teens and half of them didn’t even work there just sitting around playing. Wouldn’t recommend this firehouse to my dog. Go to the one in westgate !

Came at 11:00 and stopped to get Subs while we went home. Staff were super friendly and helped us immediately. We got gas and when we moved, I started eating. I immediately told my husband that something is going on, I didn't eat it and literally threw it away in the gas station. He ate and said was not very good, but within 10 minutes he felt sick and we had to stop. I think her food was spoiled or something. We had nothing else to eat, so we know it was the subs.

I really enjoyed my visit today for lunch. The food was perfect! The staff was so welcoming and the manager, Bode, kept us laughing with his jokes. I will definitely be back!
