Taj Tandoori - Dunboyne

The restaurant was lacking in flavor, unexciting, and overpriced. The portions were small and left much to be desired. I opted to venture out and try a new curry spot instead of sticking to my usual favorite.

A Monday night in Dunboyne so where to go for something to eat. The value and taste of the food here is great. The staff are friendly and give you enough attention with out standing over you. 2 course meal and a bottle of beer for 20 Euro, happy.

Decent food would go back. Friendly service nice place. The usual choice on the menu veggie options good.

My friend and I where in the area and had a craving for a nice indian meal. We arrived 40 minutes before the dinner service was due to begin, we werent aware of this, and they very nicely invited us to sit down without any fuss. Food and service were excellent. We tried onion bhajis, vegatarian pakoras, chicken korma and lamb baltis. All delicious. Garkic nan and poppadoms/dips also excellent. We left full and happy and it was great value for money. Thanks very much. Will hopefully be back.

This was a lovely surprise in Dunboyne. A little hard to find since its upstairs but the staff was truly friendly and the food was delicious!
