Friendly staff, very good service and fantastic food, plenty on the plate as the portions were more than ample. Would thoroughly recommend visiting and eating here.

There is nothing I can say about the star it just that people don’t already no the good is fantastic and the staff are always friendly We was back in again tonight for a meal in which my husband and I had the chicken tikka masala it was awesome and to end our holiday we will eat there again tomorrow night so got anyone who had never eaten in the star well it’s about time you gave it ago

Always eat and drink there when we come down to to campsite great food and staff nice friendly. Bar and customers fell at home in the place

Lovely food and staff very helpful. Had lunch here, they have a nice varied menu with small portions available. They also are dog friendly.

We booked a table at the star after a long day in Edinburgh, what a gem this place is!food was lovely,the atmosphere was nice and the staff were 1st class!we will return and probably sample their sleeping accommodation next time!don't change a thing it's perfect!!!!
